So tonight started with a 3 mile bike ride warm up then out for a run/walk.... 5 minutes fast walk then 4 reps of 3 minutes running 1.5 minutes walking.... before wrapping up with a 5 minute fast walk..... well ok the first 2 reps worked ok, but ended up walking the 3rd and 4th.... Still better than last time, and a vast improvement from before I started !!!
Finished off with a 3 mile warm down exercise bike ride for good measure....
Roll on Sunday, as I am off to the lookout for a bike ride... can't wait..>!!
