My apologies have managed to not update for some time, guess I might be the only on ereading it anyway? if not feel free to comment!!!
Anyhow running is improving, still walk as much as run, but distance is not up to 2.75 miles, in 23 minutes, so getting there, clock is ticking and need to step up, but at the same time the legs have to be up to carrying my body mass around...
Looks like I have lost 4lb, which considering I am not dieting as such is not to bad, hope to lose a couple more stone before race day !!!
Running Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday is a general exercise day, with fill in exercises when I feel up to it, including cycling, an the Wii fit....
