On the 4th December 2009, a very overwieght and unfit indvidual (Me!!) decided to enter the Bracknell half Marathon, scheduled for the 9th May 2010, in aid of research into Alzheimers disease, a disease which cruely took my Allys mum in 2009. This blog is a diary of my efforts, my achievements along the way, and hopefully the story of my success !!!

The Weight is over (pun intended!!)

Ok, forgot to say in my first post, the embarrasing bit... Start weight for this mini project (or not so mini when you see the weight!!!)

In true AA style.... My name is Mike and I am

6ft 2In Tall
285lbs
119 Kg
or in old money 20st 5lbs.....

Ok thats it, nothing to see here, move along now.....

you boy stop chuckling at the back.... Needless to say the diet is on.....
