Well thanks to several sources, my 22 week training plan got underway last night (after a false start on Saturday!!), Good news is that is was little more that a fast walk for 5 minutes, jog for 5, then repeated a couple of times.... taking me just over 20 minutes to do and nearly 3 hours to recover from!!!
