Apologies, haven't been updating for a while, but have been going strong on the training front, (although a lot slower than I would like!!!)
Now up to 7 mile run / walk once a week with multiples of 2m / 4 m around the big one.... Although only just managed to run for 1 mile without stopping, tomorrow night is the big one, 2 miles none stop....
Also had the excitment of taking delivery of a treadmill (allbeit 16 years old !!!) but industrial strength, so now get the pleasure of not going outside in the cold.....
Weight is also coming down, managed to lose a stone, so now weigh in at 19st 5lbs.... nice.....
